This was definitely a labor of love. I may have avoided having any obvious "bangers" or "hot" records on this album, nevertheless I came out with something very rewarding. The projects I've done lately all have a strong underlying concept. Without giving too much away (which I dislike doing, so it's funny that I've written this much) The Period 2: Lp is very narrative and complete. From a sonic standpoint I sought to create a world.
